Sandra didn't set out to build a nutrition business. Like a lot of people, she set out to feel better — and to help her family eat well in the middle of busy, ordinary life. What she found was that the hard part wasn't knowing what to do; it was finding products she could trust and a routine simple enough to keep.

That search led her to Reliv, a company that has manufactured nutritional products in the U.S. for more than three decades, with an emphasis on food-based, synergistic formulas. The products made sense. The science was transparent. And the daily habit was actually sustainable — one shake, not a cabinet of pills.

Nutrition 4 R Health grew from there: first friends and family in Winthrop, then neighbors in Revere, East Boston, and across the North Shore. Today Sandra works one-on-one with clients to match the right products to real goals — more consistent energy, better daily nutrition for kids, fiber and digestive support, or a science-forward approach to healthy aging.

What she won't do is overpromise. Supplements complement a healthy lifestyle; they don't replace one, and they certainly don't replace your doctor. That straight-talk approach is why most of her business comes from referrals.
